Most confusion around a loan doesn't come from math. It comes from a request that hasn't been named clearly — the purpose is fuzzy, the documents are stale, and the payment hasn't been placed against real monthly obligations.
Our work is to name the request, put the documents in one place, and stress-test the payment before it becomes an application. When a lender does see your file, it looks like it was prepared by someone who understood the question.
We serve individuals, families and small owner-operated businesses across South Florida. We don't sell loans and we don't earn a spread from a lender. We charge a straightforward preparation fee, disclosed up front.
